WholesomeSpoon began in 2015 when the Barton family decided to share a simple belief with Chicago: dairy tastes best when it is made honestly. What started as a small batch operation at a farmers market stand has grown into one of the Midwest's most trusted dairy brands.

We partner exclusively with local family farms within 100 miles of Chicago, ensuring our milk is always fresh, ethically produced, and free from artificial growth hormones. Every batch of yogurt, kefir, and cheese is crafted with the same care and attention our grandmother put into her kitchen.
